They were able to produce plans for my addition in a very short amount of time and after a couple of slight changes they had them submitted to the city for permits and in no time they were here digging the footing once construction started there wasn’t a day that went by that we didn’t have something going on here. What most contactors we talked to said would take 2-3 months was completed in one month and it looks amazing. I just had a great experience with an emergency situation and wanted to pass along the details. My client just closed this morning on her new house but when she got to the property water was leaking from the upstairs bathroom through the first floor ceiling. She called me in a panic and I so headed her direction. In route, I called Matt McQuillen, the president of Tidewater Properties and Construction to see if he could help me out (his company is currently completing an extensive renovation on my own residence). Matt was at the property within 30 minutes and diagnosed/completed the repair himself in a few minutes.

A job which I was told by other contractors would take up to several weeks to complete was done in less than a week. The fence is built strong with good material and looks beautiful. When I first met Matt my first thoughts were there is no way he can accomplish the quantity of work that I needed done in the limited time span that I was working with. Because of his professional appearance and manners I decided to give him a chance to prove himself. Matt went above and beyond all of my expectations. He proved to be a man of his word in every aspect (time, quantity and quality) and he even kept the work area clean. This is saying a lot since the work was in badly abused section eight apartments. I have never had a contractor come into one of the apartments and in just a few days walk out leaving it looking as close to new as possibly. Matt runs his jobs so efficiently that he is able to offer very reasonable bids and to fulfill the full scope of the contract with out a lot of added surprises.
